Foot and Mouth Disease: No New Cases - Vaccination Rates

According to the latest update from the Ministry of Agriculture regarding foot and mouth disease, no new cases have been recorded. Simultaneously, the vaccination progress is as follows: the first dose has been administered to 98% of cattle and 76% of sheep and goats, while the second dose covers 37.6% of cattle and 10.6% of sheep and goats. Unfortunately, 28,516 sheep and goats and 1,910 cattle have died due to the disease so far. Authorities continue to monitor the situation and promote vaccinations to limit the spread of foot and mouth disease.
