Italian Club Sampdoria Interested in Gerassimos Mitoglou

Italian football club Sampdoria is considering the possibility of signing Greek defender Gerassimos Mitoglou, following the injury of Lorenzo Vetuti. The new head of Sampdoria's scouting department, Samuel Cardena, proposed Mitoglou's case as a solution for the center of defense. Mitoglou's contract with his current club expires at the end of the season, and he is not in the plans of coach Marco Nikolitch. Sampdoria is urgently looking for a player to fill the void created by Vetuti's injury.
