Τις ιστορικές φωτογραφίες με τους 200 που εκτελέστηκαν στην Καισαριανή τον Μάιο του 1944 από τους ναζί αποκτά η Ελλάδα, όπως ανακοίνωσε η Υπουργός Πολιτισμού Λίνα Μενδώνη.
Σε δήλωσή της η Ελληνίδα Υπουργός Πολιτισμού τονίζει ότι εξετάστηκε το σύνολο της συλλογής Χόιερ, η οποία αποτελείται από 262 φωτογραφίες, τραβηγμένες στην Ελλάδα, κατά τη διάρκεια της θητείας του, το 1943-1944, καθώς και κάποια έντυπα που ο ίδιος είχε περιλάβει σε αυτή.
«Η μακροσκοπική εξέταση, από έμπειρα στελέχη του Υπουργείου Πολιτισμού και ανεξάρτητους εμπειρογνώμονες, επιβεβαίωσε την αυθεντικότητα του υλικού» αναφέρει η Λίνα Μενδώνη και υπογραμμίζει ότι ήδη υπεγράφη προσύμφωνο μεταξύ του Υπουργείου Πολιτισμού και του συλλέκτη και η συλλογή αποσύρθηκε από τον διαδικτυακό τόπο δημοπρασιών.

Greece Acquires Photos of the Execution of 200 Communists in Kaisariani
Greece has acquired the historical photographs depicting the execution of 200 communists in Kaisariani in May 1944 by the Nazis. The Minister of Culture, Lina Mendoni, announced that the Hoyer collection, comprising 262 photographs and documents from the period 1943-1944, has been withdrawn from an online auction site following a preliminary agreement with the collector. The authenticity of the material was confirmed by experienced staff of the Ministry of Culture and independent experts. The acquisition of these photographs is a significant event for the preservation of historical memory and the highlighting of the atrocities of Nazism. This collection offers a rare testimony to the events that took place in Greece during the Occupation and is expected to contribute to further research and understanding of the period.
