Cyprus Serves as a Bridge of Cooperation and Peace, Minister Says

The Deputy Minister of Migration and International Protection, Nikolaos Ioannidis, in a speech commemorating national anniversaries, stated that Cyprus is strengthening its role as a pillar of security and stability in the Eastern Mediterranean. Cyprus leverages its European status and relations with neighboring countries to function as a bridge of cooperation and peace. The Deputy Minister emphasized the importance of the anniversaries of March 25th and April 1st as a reminder of the values of freedom and dedication to the homeland. He also highlighted the steady support of Greece for Cyprus and their common historical heritage. Finally, he called for no compromise with injustice and continued struggle for the liberation and vindication of Cyprus.
