Unmanned Aircraft Delivered to Cypriot National Guard

The Cypriot National Guard today received two “POSEIDON H10” unmanned aerial vehicles and a command and control system from the company “SWARMLY LTD”. The delivery took place at a ceremony at “Patroklos Kokkinou” Camp in Mosfiloti, with the Chief of the National Guard, Lieutenant General Emmanouil Theodorou, emphasizing the importance of domestic production of technological solutions. The “POSEIDON H10” aircraft are of Cypriot design and manufacture and have the ability to take off and land vertically, a maximum operating range of 50 kilometers, as well as day and night targeting and artillery fire correction. The Chief expressed warm thanks to “SWARMLY LTD” for its contribution, which is a significant investment in national security. It is worth noting that the Poseidon system is already being used in real conditions on the Ukrainian front. Its integration into the Observation Battery of the Artillery Command will strengthen the mission and operational effectiveness of the National Guard. The Chief of the National Guard stressed that Cyprus can claim a role in the innovation and defense technology ecosystem, while assuring that the new systems will be utilized to the fullest to enhance national security.
