Camera-Monitoring Burglars Busted in Limassol

In Limassol, a burglary ring operated methodically, monitoring homes with cameras before carrying out the burglaries. The perpetrators entered homes without leaving any signs of forced entry, using specialized tools and techniques. Following a series of burglaries in areas such as Panthea and Agios Athanasios, the Police launched investigations and located a suspicious apartment. During a search of the apartment, three men, aged 38 and 48, were arrested, and burglary tools, jewelry, and other stolen items were confiscated. The suspects are believed to be involved in at least ten burglaries. The perpetrators had the ability to open security doors without causing visible damage, using special mechanisms and keys.
