36-Year-Old Arrested in Limassol for Thefts – Tools and Stolen Trailers Recovered

The Limassol Police have arrested a 36-year-old man, following a court warrant, in connection with theft cases and illegal possession of property. The arrest followed an investigation into the theft of a power tool on January 2, 2026. During a search of the 36-year-old's home, watches, power tools, including the stolen tool, and two trailers were found, which had been reported as stolen. The man was unable to provide satisfactory explanations for possessing the property, resulting in his re-arrest for the offenses of illegal possession and receiving stolen goods. He is currently in custody for further investigation. The Polemidion Police Station and the Limassol Minor Offenses Department continue their investigations, aiming to fully clarify the cases and recover the stolen property.
