Παρακολούθησα πρόσφατα την εξαιρετική ερμηνεία από τον σκηνοθέτη/ηθοποιό Aντρέα Αραούζο του μονολόγου του πολυβραβευμένου Neil LaBute, Ιφιγένεια In Orem, τα έργα του οποίου πραγματεύονται τις σχέσεις μεταξύ φύλων, την πολιτική ορθότητα και αρρενωπότητα. Αυτό που ξεχωρίζει στη γραφή του και το μεταφέρω αυτούσιο από την «Ιφιγένεια In Orem» είναι: «Η κωμικοτραγική υπενθύμιση της μικρότητας του ανθρώπου, του σκοτεινού εγωκεντρισμού του και του τρόπου με τον οποίο η σύγχρονη τραγωδία φωλιάζει στην ασημαντότητα».
