Three Arrests Made in Connection with Fatal Highway Crash on Egnatia Road

Three people have been arrested in connection with the fatal traffic accident on Egnatia Road, which resulted in the deaths of two people. The arrests involve the drivers of the vehicles involved – a truck and two cars – as well as another individual. Alcohol tests on the drivers were negative, however, blood tests will also be conducted. The accident occurred due to slippery road conditions, leading to a chain of collisions that resulted in the death of an Egnatia Road employee and his passenger. Autopsies have been ordered on the bodies of the victims and a technical examination of the vehicles.
