The autopsy on the body of 41-year-old Georgi Marinov Ivanov, the victim of the Paphos stabbing, revealed that his death was caused by internal bleeding and hemorrhagic shock resulting from a stabbing and cutting instrument. The perpetrator was the victim's 29-year-old nephew. The murder is reportedly linked to videos posted by the two men on TikTok, containing immoral content and mutual accusations. According to police, the two men had engaged in a “war” on social media. Five people, four men and one woman, had traveled to Paphos to meet with the 29-year-old and resolve their differences, which arose from their TikTok posts. During the meeting, the 29-year-old drove his car into one of the five and then fatally stabbed his uncle. The 30-year-old who was injured by the car is hospitalized in stable condition. The 29-year-old was arrested and confessed to the act, and three other people have been arrested in connection with the case.
