According to the complaint, the teacher hit the child because he got up to change his seat in the classroom. The mother described the incident, stating that the child sustained serious injuries, including bruises, split lips, and bleeding from the mouth. She claims the teacher grabbed the child by the hand, pushed him, and tripped him, causing him to fall on classmates. Following the injury, the child struggled to seek help and is now afraid to return to school. The teacher remains employed at the school.
