Anti-Corruption Authority: Citizens Should Not File Complaints Based on Audit Reports

It explains that citizens, by calling for the investigation of Audit Office reports, essentially adopt the content of the reports without having personal knowledge of the facts, making themselves complainants without meeting the requirements. The Authority cannot satisfy such complaints. It also points out that not all Audit Office reports concern corruption issues, nor do all contain elements of corruption. The Authority assures that the Audit Office sends issues of corruption it identifies directly, either to the Legal Service or to the Authority itself.
