Australia: Cyclone Narelle Turns the Sky into a Red Landscape Creating Apocalyptic Images
A tropical cyclone, Narelle, caused a striking and eerie phenomenon in Western Australia: the sky turning into a deep red landscape. The phenomenon, captured in videos and photos, caused awe and concern among residents. Experts explain that the red color is due to the scattering of light in the atmosphere, where red and orange wavelengths remain visible when light passes through dense layers of dust. Despite the intensity of the phenomenon, the sky returned to its normal color within a few days, leaving however a thin layer of dust as a reminder of the power of extreme weather events.
