CBK to Initiate Institutionalized Dialogue with Representatives of Key Economic Sectors

The Central Bank of Cyprus (CBK) is institutionalizing regular dialogues with representatives of key sectors of the economy, such as industry, financial services, tourism, and technology. The aim is to closely monitor economic developments, leverage the views of stakeholders for policy formulation, and inform the public about the CBK's strategic directions. CBK Governor Christodoulos Patsalides emphasized the importance of continuous communication with economic stakeholders for a better understanding of challenges and the adoption of targeted policies. The first meeting is scheduled for February 27, 2026, and will focus on the challenges and prospects of the Cypriot economy.
