Crans Montana: Bodies of Four Young People Identified and Returned to Families After Fire

Authorities in Switzerland have identified the first four victims of the fatal fire that broke out on New Year's Eve at the “Le Constellation” bar in the Crans Montana ski resort. The victims are two women aged 21 and 16, and two men aged 18 and 16, all Swiss nationals. The identification process was particularly difficult due to the severity of the injuries and was carried out with the assistance of specialized units and the Institute of Forensic Medicine. The bodies have been officially returned to the families of the victims. The investigation into the cause of the fire is ongoing, with no evidence of criminal activity or safety violations emerging at this time.
