Cyprus ADHD Association: Obstacles, Shortcomings and the Need for Real Change

The Cyprus ADHD Association points out the inadequacy of structures and limited understanding regarding Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in Cyprus. In its New Year message, the association emphasizes the need for practical support, coordinated action and clear commitment from all stakeholders, companies and the state, in order to address the obstacles faced by people with ADHD in education, employment and social participation. It concludes that the new year must be an opportunity for more empathy, fewer obstacles and more safe and supportive spaces for people with ADHD.
