Donald Trump Has Only Had a Small Taste of the ‘Melania’ Documentary – ‘It’s Incredible’

Donald Trump revealed that he has not yet seen the entire documentary about his wife, Melania, which is scheduled for release on January 30th. Amazon reportedly paid $40 million to fund the project, promising “unprecedented access” to the First Lady 20 days before her husband’s 2025 inauguration. Trump described the film as “incredible” and noted the strong public interest it is generating. The premiere will take place at the newly renamed Donald J. Trump and John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. The trailer for the Amazon MGM Studios documentary, which was created with the participation of Melania Trump, follows her during the 20 days leading up to the 2025 presidential inauguration, and was released last week. The spot begins with the First Lady of the United States in the Capitol Rotunda on the second day of her husband’s inauguration as President of the United States, turning to the camera to say: “Here we are again.” The documentary has sparked discussion due to the involvement of Ratner, who was accused of sexual harassment in 2017. Amazon will release the film exclusively in US cinemas and select countries on January 30, 2026, with a streaming date on Prime Video yet to be determined. The film will be followed later by a three-part documentary series.
