Extension to January 31, 2026, for PAYE Returns Without Penalties

The Tax Department has announced an extension of the deadline for submitting PAYE (Pay As You Earn) returns and paying taxes and contributions, without the imposition of interest and penalties, until January 31, 2026. The extension applies to employers who have not submitted their monthly PAYE returns for July to November 2025 or have not paid the corresponding amount of tax/contributions. This decision is made to facilitate employers and avoid financial burdens due to delays.
