Highway Closure Due to Multiple Accidents

Due to three consecutive traffic accidents on the Larnaca – Nicosia highway, both lanes of traffic have been closed. Traffic has been diverted via the old Larnaca – Nicosia road, from the Limpion exit, causing increased traffic congestion in the area. The Police have not yet released details regarding the number of injured people and their health condition, however ambulances rushed to the scene. The situation is expected to be reassessed once the investigations are completed and the vehicles are removed.
