Stefanos Kasselasakis, founder of the Democracy Movement, strongly criticized the President of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, regarding a video showing conversations with politicians and businessmen about potential illegal funding and circumvention of sanctions. Kasselasakis calls on Christodoulides to resign, in contrast to the stance taken by Kyriakos Mitsotakis in a similar case. At the same time, he expresses his support for Odysseas Michaelides and 'Alma' ahead of the 2026 parliamentary elections in Cyprus.
