Kosmos Insurance: Profits of €3.2 Million in 2025, Proposal for €1 Million Dividend

The insurance company Kosmos announced profits of €3.2 million for 2025, showing an increase compared to 2024. The company's Board of Directors has decided to propose to the annual general meeting the distribution of a dividend of €1 million, or €0.0177 per share. The improvement in results is mainly due to the positive results from the company's insurance operations. Insurance revenues amounted to €22.61 million, an increase of 6.61% compared to 2024. An increase was recorded in all sectors in which the company operates. Investment income amounted to €417 thousand, an increase of 67.34% compared to 2024, due to the increase in the investment portfolio and its restructuring. Operating and other expenses amounted to €3.9 million, an increase of 5.02% compared to 2024, due to the increase in payroll costs, professional fees, and advertising and promotion expenses.
