Koundous Out for Three Months with Injury

Tottenham Hotspur forward Mohamed Koundous will be sidelined for approximately three months due to a quadriceps injury. The injury occurred during the match against Sunderland, without any contact with an opposing player. Manager Thomas Frank stated that Koundous is expected to return after the March international break. Lucas Bervaal and Rodrigo Bentancur are also dealing with injuries, with the latter suffering a more serious hamstring strain. Tottenham is preparing for their FA Cup match against Aston Villa.
