Kyiv Mayor Calls for Temporary Evacuation Due to Heating Outages

The Mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, has called on residents to temporarily evacuate the city due to widespread heating outages caused by Russian attacks. These attacks, which included missile and drone strikes, have left approximately half of the apartment buildings without heating in temperatures expected to drop to -15 degrees Celsius. Russia also launched the Oreol ballistic missile, drawing condemnation from Europe. Despite restoration efforts, the situation remains difficult, and temporary evacuation is considered necessary for the safety of residents.
