Nestle Recalls Infant Formula in Cyprus Due to Potential Contamination

Nestle has initiated a voluntary recall of infant formula products in Cyprus due to the potential presence of cereulide, a toxin produced by the Bacillus cereus microorganism. The affected products are S-26 GOLD 1 400g (batch 51550346AE, expiry date 30/6/2027), NAN EXPERTpro SENSITIVE PLUS 400g (batch 51250742C1, expiry date 30/11/2026), and NAN EXPERTpro Lactose Free 400g (batch 51520346AD, expiry date 30/6/2027). The recall applies to products distributed through official representatives as well as those potentially imported illegally into Cyprus, including purchases made online from abroad. Consumers are advised not to use the products and to return them to the point of purchase. The most up-to-date list of affected products can be found on the Nestle website: https://www.nestle.com/ask-nestle/products-brands/answers/infant-formula-product-advisory.
