New Football Regulations to Reduce Time Wasting

New regulations are set to be implemented in football to reduce time wasting, with the most significant concerning substitutions. Players being substituted will have 10 seconds to leave the field, or their team will play with one less player for a minute. Additionally, VAR will now review second yellow cards leading to dismissals, as well as incorrectly awarded corner kicks.
