Palestinian Child Injured, Crops Damaged in Settler Attack East of Bethlehem

In the occupied Palestinian territories, Israeli settlers attacked the village of Kisan, east of Bethlehem, on Saturday morning. During the attack, a 16-year-old Palestinian was injured by gunfire in the pelvis and was transferred to a hospital for treatment. Approximately 30 settlers raided the village, searched a school and several homes, and damaged agricultural crops using their vehicles. The Kisan Village Council reports that such attacks are systematic and target Palestinian land and livelihoods through the destruction of crops and home raids.
