Cyprus is expected to be affected by a cold air mass, with low temperatures, rain and snow, especially in the mountains. Today, the weather will be mainly cloudy with local showers, possibly with isolated thunderstorms, mainly in the western half of the island. Snow or sleet is expected in the mountains. Temperatures will range around 12 degrees Celsius inland, around 15 degrees Celsius on the coast and 3 degrees Celsius in the higher mountains, where frost will prevail. In the evening, the temperature will drop to -2 degrees Celsius in the mountains and foothills. On Monday, the weather will be partly cloudy with the possibility of isolated showers and light snowfall in the mountains. On Tuesday, it will be mainly clear, while on Wednesday it will be cloudy with medium and high clouds. Temperatures will remain low, below average climatic values. At Troodos, the snow height is already 22 centimeters.
