SEF Renovation Plans for Olympiacos

Olympiacos is preparing to begin renovations at the SEF (Stadio Eirínis kai Filías) this summer, after years of waiting. The plan includes increasing the capacity from 12,500 to 16,000+ seats, by utilizing the track and lowering the court. Additionally, the locker rooms and toilets will be renovated, and spaces for commercial use will be created. The cost of the work is estimated at 50 million euros and will be carried out gradually, alongside games, without the need for the team to relocate.
