Severe landslides occurred on roads in the Paphos district due to extreme weather conditions. The crews of the Paphos Provincial Administration responded immediately to address the problems, both within the residential area of Miliou and on the road network leading to the community. The heavy rainfall caused accumulations of mud, fallen leaves, and debris, making traffic dangerous. The community authorities informed residents and marked the dangerous roads, providing alternative routes. The President of the Miliou Community Council, Eva Chrysanthou, stated that the Paphos Provincial Administration has already begun work to restore road safety and clean the road network. The community authorities are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to inform the public.
