Severe Weather Warning Issued for Greece: Strong Winds, Rain, Hail, and Snow Expected

Greece is bracing for severe weather conditions, including strong winds, rain, hail, and snow, with a significant drop in temperatures. The National Weather Service has issued a Yellow Warning valid from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. A low-pressure system and a cold air mass will cause localized rain and isolated thunderstorms, with the possibility of hail. Snow is expected in mountainous areas, while winds will intensify reaching 7 to 8 Beaufort, with strong gusts. Temperatures will range around 15 degrees Celsius inland, 17 on the coasts, and 3 in the mountains, with a risk of frost at night dropping to -2 degrees Celsius. The bad weather is expected to continue on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, with a temperature increase on Saturday and a decrease on Monday.
