Swedish Traveler Who Visited Every Country Chose Cyprus as His Last Stop - Here's Why

Swedish traveler Eddie Gustin, known for his unique achievement of visiting all 193 countries in the world, completed his global journey by choosing Cyprus as his final destination. This choice was not accidental, as Gustin wanted the last country to be connected to a significant family moment. Gustin traveled to Cyprus with his partner, Sane, and their two children, aged 4 and 6. It was the first time the entire family participated in such a symbolic leg of his journey. He stated that he chose Cyprus as his last destination because it is a good place to experience it with his family, offering balance, hospitality and family comfort. Cyprus, therefore, has taken on a role that goes beyond simply being marked on a map. The Gustin family has a passion for travel, with his partner having visited around 150 countries and their children having traveled to more than 30 countries each. Cyprus now becomes a common 'station-milestone' in their collective travel narrative, a memory that closes a circle for the father and opens a new one for the family.
