Sybіha: Russia Has Not Substantiated Claims of Drone Attack

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybіha rejects claims of a drone attack on Vladimir Putin’s residence, stating that Moscow has not presented any credible evidence to support its claim. He noted that almost a day has passed and Russia has not provided proof. The Kremlin had previously stated that the drone attack would harden Russia’s position in a potential peace agreement. However, Zelenskyy dismissed the accusations as “another series of lies” aimed at justifying attacks against Ukraine. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov criticized Western media outlets that question the Russian version of events, claiming they are “going with the flow of Kyiv.” He stressed that the attack is a terrorist act aimed at collapsing the negotiation process. Peskov refused to disclose Putin’s location during the attack, citing security concerns. He also stated that the Ministry of Defense is responsible for providing evidence regarding the downing of the drones.
