VIDEO tribute from Apollon for Gabor Zavadszky

Apollon Limassol has dedicated a video to Hungarian footballer Gabor Zavadszky, honoring his memory 20 years after his death. Zavadszky played for Apollon from 2005 to 2006, where he stood out for his ethics, character, and professionalism. Initially, he played as an attacking midfielder, but due to the team's needs, coach Bernd Stange successfully used him as a sweeper. Zavadszky helped the team avoid relegation and his last appearance was in a Cup match against APEP Pitsilias in January 2006. As a sign of respect, Apollon has retired the number '7', which Zavadszky wore. The team emphasizes that his memory remains alive in the hearts of all Apollon fans and that they will always remember him as a smiling and lovable child.
