Wall Street Journal: Trump Considers Daring Plan to Seize Uranium from Iran
The Wall Street Journal reveals that Donald Trump is considering a plan to seize nearly a ton of enriched uranium from Iran, a move that could escalate tensions in the region. The plan involves a deep military infiltration into Iranian territory. According to the report, Trump has not yet made a final decision, but is open to the idea of an operation that would require the presence of American forces in Iran for several days. The goal is to seize approximately 450 kilograms of enriched uranium, which could be used to build a nuclear weapon. At the same time, Trump has asked his advisors to pressure Iran to hand over the uranium as part of an agreement to end the war. If that fails, he does not rule out the use of military force. Diplomatic efforts are underway, with mediation by other countries. The operation is considered extremely complex and dangerous, as it would require an invasion of hostile territory, possibly under fire. The uranium is located in two main facilities, in Isfahan and Natanz, and its safe transfer would require significant resources and coordination.
