Weather Forecast: Deterioration Expected from Wednesday

A weak low-pressure system is currently affecting Cyprus, however, the weather is expected to deteriorate from Wednesday due to a low-pressure area centered in the Central Mediterranean. Dust will be present in the atmosphere from Wednesday onwards. Monday (March 30th) will see increased local cloud cover with the possibility of isolated showers or thunderstorms, mainly in the west, north, and mountains. Winds will be moderate to strong. Tuesday (March 31st) will be partly cloudy with the possibility of local showers in the mountains. Wednesday (April 1st) and Thursday (April 2nd) are forecast to bring local showers and thunderstorms, possibly with hail, and the phenomena may be intense or prolonged. Temperatures will rise on Tuesday and remain stable until Thursday.
