Weak high pressure is affecting the region, resulting in mainly clear weather today. Winds will be northwesterly to northerly, light to moderate, with local strengthening in the windward areas. The sea will be slightly choppy, but in the windward areas it may reach choppy to rough. Local showers are expected on Saturday, mainly in the mountains, with the possibility of snow or sleet in the higher mountains. The temperature will gradually start to rise, approaching the average climatic values. The snow height at Troodos is 32 centimeters.
