Five Themed Photography Spots Created in Limassol Wine Villages

The Limassol Tourism Development & Promotion Company, with the support of the Deputy Ministry of Tourism, has created five themed photography spots in the wine villages of the Limassol District. Located in the villages of Omodos, Mandria, Koilani, Pakhna and Lofou, these spots feature the theme of “The Grape Cluster” and aim to promote the region's wine heritage and strengthen its tourism identity. Each photography spot includes an artistic depiction of “The Grape Cluster,” specifically designed for the project by artist Georgios Mourouzis. This visual symbol draws inspiration from the area’s winemaking tradition and harmoniously integrates into the natural and cultural landscape of the communities. The initiative aims to provide unique settings for photographs that capture the authenticity of the place and encourage visitors to share their experiences on social media. This is intended to create modern and attractive points of interest (“instagrammable spots”). The creation of these spots is part of a broader strategy to promote the wine villages as destinations for cultural and gastronomic tourism, highlighting the tradition and authentic landscape of the Limassol District.
