Olympiacos center Nikola Milutinov is reportedly suffering from a concussion after being hit by O'Shea Brisset at the end of the game against Maccabi. The concussion was caused by a foul from Brisset on Milutinov in the final seconds of the match. Olympiacos coach Giorgos Bartzokas announced in the post-game press conference that the team doctor recommended Milutinov not to travel to Istanbul for the away game against Efes on January 22nd, in order to ensure his health. Milutinov immediately left for the locker room after the foul, visibly affected by the hit. The severity of the concussion and the need to protect the player are the main reasons for his potential absence from the team's travel roster. The final decision regarding whether Milutinov will travel to Istanbul is expected within the next 24 hours. The team will assess his condition and make the final decision based on the athlete's safety and health.
