Minute of Silence to be Held in Memory of Former Cypriot President George Vassiliou

The Cyprus Football Federation has decided to hold a minute of silence in memory of former President of the Republic of Cyprus, George Vassiliou, who passed away today at the age of 95. The minute of silence will be observed before the start of today's Coca-Cola Cup matches between Omonia Nicosia and AEK Larnaca, and between Apollon Limassol and Anorthosis Famagusta. George Vassiliou served as the third President of the Republic of Cyprus, and the Federation's decision is a sign of respect for his person and contribution.
