Science Reveals: The Age of Peak Physical Condition

A new scientific study reveals that peak physical condition is achieved on average at the age of 35. The research, which lasted 47 years, followed hundreds of men and women, examining aerobic capacity, muscle endurance, and muscle strength. After 35, physical condition begins to decline gradually, with deterioration accelerating at older ages. It was observed that aerobic capacity peaks earlier for women (35 years) compared to men (36 years), while muscle strength peaks even earlier for women (19 years) and men (27 years). However, the study shows that exercise at any age can significantly improve physical condition.
