The APOEL vs. Akritas match at the GSP Stadium was played in front of a very small crowd. The low attendance was attributed to the extreme cold in the capital. A photograph from the main stand shortly before kickoff captures the minimal presence of spectators. The weather conditions appear to have played a decisive role in keeping fans away from the stadium.
