Paphos: 41-Year-Old Bulgarian Man Murdered Due to Disputes

The Cyprus Police are investigating a case of premeditated murder in Paphos, with a 41-year-old Bulgarian man as the victim. The victim had travelled from Limassol to Paphos after coordinating with the 30-year-old suspect, in order to resolve disputes between them. According to the Police, during an argument, the 30-year-old stabbed the 41-year-old with a knife. The victim was transported to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries despite the doctors' efforts. The suspect was arrested with an arrest warrant and is in custody to facilitate investigations. Damage and shattered glass were found on the car in which the 41-year-old and his friends were travelling, indicating the intensity of the brawl. A 28-year-old who was in the car was injured and is hospitalised. The Police are continuing their investigations to fully understand the circumstances of the murder and clarify the causes of the disputes between the victim and the suspect.
