Support Program Employees to Strike for 24 Hours on Thursday

Employees of the Support Programs of the Ministry of Education announced a 24-hour strike for Thursday, March 26th, protesting the bill submitted to Parliament in December. They believe the bill endangers their jobs, ignores trade union positions, and disregards court decisions. A protest will be held outside the Presidential Palace during the strike, with a gathering and march from the PASYDY parking area. Employees are demanding a bill that guarantees their jobs, respects court decisions, and recognizes their contribution to the programs. The OEKDY-SEK and PASYEU-PEO trade unions are calling for mass participation in the strike and the march, and buses have been organized from all cities to facilitate the transport of employees.
