Nigeria Reaches AFCON Semifinals with Victory Over Algeria

Nigeria has advanced to the semifinals of the Africa Cup of Nations, defeating Algeria 2-0. The “super eagles” continue undefeated in the tournament, with 5 wins in 5 matches and an overall goal difference of +10. The goals for Nigeria were scored by Osimhen in the 47th minute, assisted by Bruno Onyemaechi, and Adams in the 57th minute, also assisted by the same player. Bruno Onyemaechi, who plays for Olympiacos, provided the assist for the first goal, contributing significantly to his team's qualification. Iwuobi was excellent in midfield, with accurate passes that disrupted the Algerian defense. In the semifinals, Nigeria will face Morocco, with El Kaabi present.
