Israel Confirms Ban on Access to Gaza for 37 NGOs

Israel has confirmed it will ban access to the Gaza Strip for 37 large international humanitarian organizations due to their failure to submit a list of their employees, as required by a new regulation. This decision raises concerns about further delays in the delivery of humanitarian aid to the population of Gaza, who are facing severe shortages of shelter, healthcare, and food. Israel justifies the move as necessary to prevent the infiltration of terrorists into humanitarian structures, while the organizations accuse Israel of obstructing aid delivery. Among the affected organizations are Doctors Without Borders (MSF), the Norwegian Refugee Council, Care, World Vision, and Oxfam.
