Approximately 3,000 Patients with Multiple Sclerosis in Cyprus – Minister of Health Inaugurates New Association Building

In Cyprus, it is estimated that around 3,000 people suffer from Multiple Sclerosis. The Minister of Health, Neofytos Charalambides, inaugurated the new building of the Pan-Cypriot Multiple Sclerosis Association, highlighting the important work the Association does to support patients and their families. The Association provides services such as physiotherapy, home care, psychological support, and social services. The Ministry of Health pledges its support for efforts to improve the quality of life of patients and has begun procedures to draft a National Strategy for Multiple Sclerosis, in collaboration with the Association.
