Cyprus Handball Team Involved in Road Accident in Estonia

The bus carrying the Cyprus national handball team was involved in a road accident in Estonia while traveling from Tallinn to Põlva. A total of 23 people were on board, including players and team staff. The accident was attributed to adverse weather conditions. Two members of the delegation were taken to hospital for precautionary checks, but their lives are not in danger. Additionally, eight people received medical attention at the Põlva emergency room. The bus was recovered from the ditch and the luggage was returned to the vehicle. The team continued their journey with a replacement bus.
