Cyprus Transport Department Warns of Dangerous Vehicle Recall

The Cyprus Department of Road Transport (TOM) is warning about the recall of six dangerous vehicles announced through the EU's Safety Gate rapid alert system. The recall affects Honda CBR600R motorcycles, Alfa Romeo Tonale (MHEV/PHEV) passenger vehicles, Ford Ranger (1998-2002) and Bentley Bentayga Hybrid. The use of these vehicles may cause fire or injuries. TOM calls on manufacturers, importers and dealers to inform the Department and carry out the necessary recalls. Consumers who own these vehicles or dangerous parts are advised to contact the responsible parties or stop using them and return them. In case of refusal to respond, consumers are asked to submit complaints to the Consumer Protection Service. Information is available from TOM and via email.
