Israel Launches Ground Operations in Southern Lebanon

Israel announced limited ground operations against Hezbollah in Lebanon, while President Trump is pressing for the reopening of the shipping lane that has been closed due to Iranian attacks. The Israeli operations are part of broader defensive efforts and echo previous clashes with Hezbollah and the attack on Gaza. Israeli attacks on the southern suburb of Beirut, a Hezbollah stronghold, have intensified, while the war has affected many countries, with Iran responding to Israeli and American attacks with attacks on at least 10 countries. The Iranian Foreign Minister is calling on other nations to avoid actions that could escalate the conflict. The Iranian Revolutionary Guard reports that approximately 700 missiles and 3,600 drones have been launched against American and Israeli targets. Meanwhile, Dubai Airport is gradually returning to operation after a drone attack caused a fire in a fuel tank. Other attacks have also been reported in the region, with missiles injuring five people at Baghdad Airport and Saudi Arabia intercepting more than 60 drones. The situation remains tense and the possibility of escalation of the conflict is real.
